Gnerations Will Praise Him

One generation shall praise Your works to another,
And shall declare Your mighty acts.
Psalm 145:4

Give ear, O my people, to my law;
Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable;...
Which we have heard and known,
And our fathers have told us.
We will not hide them from their children,
Telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,
And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done....
That the generation to come might know them,
The children who would be born,
That they may arise and declare them to their children,
That they may set their hope in God,
And not forget the works of God,
But keep His commandments.

Your name, O Lord, endures forever;

Being a mother has impressed on my heart even more the idea to share my faith with my children.  It is not vital, for the sake of my "religion" or even "Christ's cause" (whatever some may think that might be).  It is vital because of the souls of my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  I care about the eternal souls of my family.   That is why I will praise God and tell of His wonderful works to my children and grandchildren.
